FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.What is Falangism? Falangism is a political movement which was founded in Spain by Jose Antonio Primo de Rivera in 1933. At that time Spain was being torn apart by left wing and seperatist movements, Churches were being burned down and Religious Clergy murdered and the so called Republican government was being taken over by the Communists. Falangism called for National Unity and Pride, Social Reform and a return to Christian values. Falangism is not only a political movement but a spiritual one as well.

2.Are you right wing or leftwing? We are neither right nor left, sometimes called third way, what we have done is to take the good from both wings and incorporate them into our philosophy. There are many groups out there that say they are third way but upon closer examination they are either socialists or racists, the same old poison poured into a different bottle.

3.So Falangists are not racists? That is exactly correct. Not only are we not racists, we abhore racism. To hate or prejudge someone because they were born of another race is totally absurd. A person should be judged by what is inside them not outside, after all isn't that how God does it? Nothing divides a country more than racism and Falangists believe in National Unity. Racism is just plain old ugly and anti-American.

4.Where do you stand on Religion? Our Falangist Party is composed only of Christians, we allow only Christians to join. But like racism, religious bigotry will not be tolerated. Though we believe in strong conservative religious values, we don't believe in imposing those values on anyone else and we stand for the seperation of Church and State.

5.What is your view on Abortion? Abortion is wrong and unatural. In this day and age there are so many ways to prevent pregnancy that there really is no excuse to abort a baby. Abortion is Murder plain and simple.

6.And Homosexuality? Homosexuality is wrong and unatural. It seems to be in vogue these days to legitimize the so called gay-lifestyle, especially among the liberal and counter-culture crowds. Homosexual behaviour is a sex perversion and like all sex perversions it has no place being flaunted in public. There should be no gay parades, no public displays such as two men kissing each other on the lips etc. Teaching in the schools that it's ok to be gay, should stop. We feel that the so called gay lifestyle is a disgusting way of life, but what two adults do behind closed doors is their business and no one has a right to invade their privacy. But any radical homosexual that disrupts a Religious service because they don't agree with what is being said or practiced by that church should be sentenced to a special labor camp for 20 years or in some cases executed. We do want to emphasize that in no way does this organization promote or endorse hatred or violence against homosexuals and we expect the same from them.

7.What about Banks and Currency? We Falangist do not believe in privately owned Banks and feel the Nation would be better served by State owned Banks. There is no reason why a hard working person should be paying between 17% and 24% interest rates on credit cards, that is organized crime. Banks have forclosed on way to many Farms and Homes, they favor big business, make obsene profits and have entirely too much power in a free society. We want to do away with the Federal Reserve System and put our monetary system back on the Silver Standard where it belongs.

8.What is that symbol you use for the Party? It's called the Yoke & Arrows. In case you are not familiar with a yoke, it is a device put around the necks of oxen to pull a heavy load or plow. In the A.F.P. the five arrows represent the five races that make up the Americas, red, white, black, yellow and brown. The yoke represents the five races all working or pulling together for the common good.

9. Is your Party violent? We do not believe in violence as a means to settle any issue or express an opinion. Unlike our opposition who think they can stop an idea by killing or beating up people, usually in a cowardly manner, we believe in the pen and the ballot box. No one has ever been converted or an idea destroyed through violence. As a matter of fact violence usually works against the one using it, by making heroes and martyrs out of their enemies, something we most definitely do not want to do. We will however, if attacked, defend ourselves in a most vicious and savage manner.

10. Are you a military group? Our Party is designed along military lines, as a military type of organization is more efficient and disciplined. Our black shirts, black ties and black berets help give us a sense of solidarity, unity and identity. Uniforms are used by many organizations from the Boy Scouts to Firefighters, even UPS drivers and Postal Workers wear uniforms. Though most of our members, if not all, are gun owners, we are not nor do we have a Militia, and see no need to form one at this time.

11. Do you support Race mixing? I thought #3 would have cleared our view on that subject. We feel that is not an issue and that if a Man and a Women from different races like, love or care about each other, then more power to them. Race like all else, rots in the grave. It's our immortal souls we should be concerned about. We wish this whole issue of Race could be put behind us, but there are people who will not allow this to happen.

12. Why did you get rid of the Cross as your symbol? First of all the Cross was never the symbol of the American Falangist Party but was the symbol of the Christian Falangist Party of America. The A.F.P. is a Christian Party because we believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. We also feel that the American nation was intended to be a dominantly Christian Nation since its inception and have seen no documentation to prove otherwise. We believe all non Satanic religions have a right to practice their Religion in peace but we will fight against any non - Christian religion that seeks to evangelize in the Western Hemisphere.

13. Are you followers of the Spanish Falange? No, we are not followers of the Spanish Falange. We are followers of the political philosophy of Jose Antonio Primo de Rivera. There are many things that the Spanish Falangists and the American Falangists do not agree on, even though we both follow the teachings of Jose Antonio. We do agree on the basic tenets of Falangism. The American Falangist Party is a unique and different entity than the Spanish Falange and we set our own course, though we do consider them our Brothers & Sisters and embrace them in our common struggle .

14. Are American Falangists environmentalists? Yes we are and there is no two ways about it. We believe that not only must our environment be cleaned up, we must prevent any future harm occuring to it. We are not talking about being ridiculous, like arresting someone because he ran over a mouse with his tractor or filled in a large puddle with sand on his private property. We're talking about burning down millions of acres of Amazon jungle, illegal dumping of chemical waste, factories polluting our water and air, the unrestrained growth in rural America where hundreds of thousands of acres of forests and farms are being destroyed to make Capitalists and corrupt Politicians rich.

15. What is the A.F.P. stance on animal rights? Animal rights is about the most asinine concept to come along in some time. To think that animals have the same rights that we humans have is totally wrong. Animals don't have souls, they are lower forms of life. This is not to say that the Party endorses cruelty to animals, quite the contrary, anyone that is cruel to animals should be, quite justifiably, prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Animals don't have rights though, they have only the privileges we extend to them. They are here for our use and pleasure, whether it be for food, companionship & love, for research to benefit mankind or to make into clothing. Yes, we believe that certain animals on the brink of extinction should be protected before they are lost forever.

16. Does the A.F.P. now support the Fascists? Yes, since the New-Fascist movement has abandoned a Racist and Totalitarian philosophy, they hold many similar beliefs and goals that we have. We feel that Mussolini made a tragic error by becoming allied with Hitler and trying to change Facsism into something it wasn't meant to be. But up until that time Mussolini was the greatest leader in the World. We look at the positive aspects of Mussolini and his philosophy prior to the Axis agreement. During the next century we plan on working very closely with New-Fascists as long as they don't regress.

17. Why do American Falangists wear Black Shirts and not the Blue Shirts that other Falangists wear? The Black has always been an anti-leftist color. Not only have a lot of anti-communist movements used Black Shirts in the past , the U.S. Navy uses black uniforms as do a lot of elite police and military units. It not only looks good but it is also intimidating to our enemies.

18. How can you be for guns when so many children and innocent lives are taken by them each year? More children are killed each year from bicycle accidents than firearms. It is the duty of parents and guardians to teach their children gun safety as well as bicycle safety. How many innocent lives are lost each year from automobiles and people killed from stabbings? Do we then ban knives and cars? How is it that in Switzerland and Israel there are assault rifles in almost every home and we never hear about how they have managed to make the idea work? Could it be that Liberals have tunnel vision? Is it better to have a gun and not need it or to need a gun and not have it? We would have to say that the ratio of guns in this country compared to the ratio of misuse of those guns is extremely low.

19. Why is your Party so anti- Socialist? Socialism the cancer of liberty never worked and it never can work as long as people have the desire to get ahead and make a better life for themselves. The end desire of Socialism is a classless society where everyone is suppossedly equal and there is no poor (lower class) and rich (upper class). Jesus said we would always have the poor amongst us. In Cuba, which has an extreme form of Socialism, everyone has free medical, education, housing etc. It sounds good but the Cuban people still have to buy their own food and clothing etc., try doing that on fifteen or twenty dollars a month. Their currency is practically worthless, their infrastructure is shot and their buildings are literally falling apart. We need not go into their lack of personal and religious freedom as we are all too familiar with that. No Socialist government has ever lasted with any integrity.

20. What is the AFP position on Human Cloning? We take the same position as the Catholic Churh, we are against it. God made Man and Woman to unite as one and through that act new life is created. To create human beings in a laboratory is not only un-natural it is un-holy. Nothing good can come from cloning humans.

21. Do you believe the so-called Holocaust ever really happened? Absolutely yes. To say that it never happened or to revise the facts of this historical outrage is one of the biggest lies to come along in some time. Ask yourself this question. If it never happened, why didn't any nazi at the Nurenburg trials ever deny it? We'll tell you why. Because the facts were there, all of the evidence was fresh, the camps, bodies, ovens, witnesses, mass graves, survivors etc.

They didn't deny it because they couldn't deny it. Those that call themselves Historical Revisionists have an agenda by denying the Holocaust and that agenda is the whitewashing of national socialist crimes against humanity and the Jewish people. Myself and anyone I know, who has ever encountered a historical revisionist has found that person to be an anti-Semite. I talked with David Irving the world's leading Historical Revisionist in Baltimore Maryland on Oct. 16th. 1993 and I personally can tell you that he is a master at twisting and distorting facts.

22. I see the letters NSAFP on your site, are you the AFP or NSAFP? Our full title is NSAFP which stands for National Syndical American Falangist Party because we believe in National-Syndicalism. But to keep it short and simple we're referred to as the American Falangist Party....sometimes were called the American Falange by Falangists in other countries....and we ourselves have even shortened it on occasions to just Falange. I guess it depends on the circumstances on what is used. It's like... The United States of America is oft times referred to as just America or USA or even US.
